BILLING METHOD
In agreement with the client, the firm's fees are invoiced either on a time basis or on a fixed price basis, with the possibility, where appropriate, of providing for an additional fee based on the result.
FEE AGREEMENT
The firm will conclude a written fee agreement with the client specifying the amount and the method of determining the fees covering the foreseeable work as well as the costs, disbursements and emoluments.
